What is it?

Horse Hair Raku is a very natural method of finishing pottery. The technique leaves a one of a kind carbon imprint as each piece includes the hair from horse's tail or mane is burnt into the clay surface leaving behind the distinctive black lines. The effect is very subtle and elegant, yet wild and unpredictable.
